The people team coordinator kept scheduling smooth and sent prompt updates throughout the five-week process, and most interviewers asked thoughtful questions that also provided insight into what working at The Helper Bees was like. I had a bizarre moment during my call with the CTO, though, when he clearly wasn’t sure which position I was interviewing for. Regardless, I received a polite rejection from the CPO about a week after the CTO interview, but no response to a request for feedback in spite of the time I invested in the process.
