1:1 Interview with consultant. The interview was detailed towards past customer service experience. It was a pleasant experience with a professional staff member. They also wanted to know what type of interpersonal skills I had. What past experiences I had that applied to this job and why I wanted it. The proceeded to explain in detail the duties of the daily functions of the position.

Entrevista
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
