Excellent conversation with AVP for the department. Very standard behavioral interview. Was an exploratory interview to determine if I was a fit for the organization. AVP was very friendly and sold me on the organization. Additionally, I was referred to several employees to discuss the type of work further as we wait for positions to become available.

Entrevista
A number of rounds of interviews - Screening call, Hiring Manager, Some cross-functional panel members, then final round with leadership. It did feel that the process was unclear and interviews continued to be scheduled until they were satisfied.

Entrevista
I was contacted by HR and had an interview set up for the following week. The interviews (3) went well and they were respectful of my time. I was advised of the process timeline and informed that I would be notified by the following week. I had to call the HR person for an update a week later and was advised the hiring manager was on vacation but that they were back in a week and I would be hearing from them then. Two weeks later, no notification. Those in charge of interviewing should be cordial enough to let candidates know if they are no longer in consideration. It took an additional month and an online survey before an email was generated.
