Phone interview Extensive in person group interview Each step of the process was clearly communicated however there did not seem to be a clear vision on the needs of the position. Each interviewer had a different priority they believed the position was about- training, IT support, Network support, all of the above. Ultimately was not offered position due to lack of experience in a system that was not in the job posting or discussed in the interview process. Just be sure to be clear about what the role is from the beginning and make sure all are on the same page.
