interview was smooth and easy it, interviewer was friendly and open and made me feel comfortable with questions being asked. Felt like he wanted more than an employee he wanted to make sure the job was the right fit for my life as well as my family which was awesome!

I spoke to a recruiter for 30 mins. She said that there would be five different rounds including an in store visit, speak to DM/VP of sales to confirm interest. She explained that training would be either be an hour away, or out of state. Are you ok with travel? Starting pay was well below normal rate of pay for an experienced and successful sales manager with a “promise” of commissions that exceeded it. I’m waiting on the next round and a call back.

Started out really well - Good communication and overall nice recruiter. I had two interviews and then was ghosted. I am a qualified candidate, did my research, prepared well for the calls, and was confirmed for a 3rd interview. Not respectful at all.

Standard questions that were relevant to experience and the role
pretty simple interview process. over the phone then in person. it felt like more of a sales pitch than anything else. making the money they promise can be difficult. interview was about 30 min total. the job is challenging
