Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en The Good Feet Store

Extremely long, repetitive, and frustrating. I went through 4-5 rounds of interviews which is not typical for a company with a low scale pay for an entry level position. During one of my virtual interviews, the woman never joined so a person from another district stepped in and was obviously unprepared. The day of my in person interview, I was in the store for 3 hours because I was scheduled on a day where no one else was working aside from the manager. Everyone that I spoke with was positive and making it appear as though I was a perfect fit. I was surprised that I had gone through so much to receive a rejection letter, so I reached out to my recruiter for feedback seeing as she called and texted me almost daily. Nevertheless, I was ignored. I regret applying and allowing my time to be wasted at the level it was. Seemingly sweet people, no organization, and every interviewer asks the same questions. Very bizarre and discouraging experience.

I applied for this position thinking they had a quality product that really helped people. I was contacted for a phone interview within a day of applying online. Basically I talked about my sales experience.

It jumped through hoops for a month for nothing. They have you take this online personality profile and then they call you and if they have to do a personal Personal interview and they think they're selling the best thing in the world which is basically a pair of shoes with an Expensive orthopedic and then when you get down to it They're going to have goals every day and if you don't get it they're going to fire you
