The first step was a phone screening. After that, they sent me a design challenge in that I had to create a brand style guide. When I moved on to the next phase, we set up a Zoom interview call. There were two people from the company, the director of strategy and a developer, the questions were pretty straightforward. Seems like a good place to work and everyone seemed very laid back.
