The staff I spoke to were all very nice and typically friendly! The children were curious about having a stranger in the class but were also very friendly and it did not distract them too much to have me in their class for a period of time!

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
