Received an email from the executive director with a list of questions(general questions such as experience, hours, availability, expected pay. At the end, your philosophy). After submitting my answers received another email to schedule an interview. Communication was on a very professional and respectful level.

Very quick process. I called on Monday to speak with the owner and schedule an interview. My interview took place on Wednesday morning. I received an official offer of employment letter via email on Friday morning. So it was a one week process.

Very straightforward. A few basic questions about background and an interview with my soon to be co teacher as well. Interviewed with Director, Asst. Director and Owner.It was a few days process.
