This hiring process was pleasant, efficient and professional. I was able to contact Heather (HR) by phone or email with any questions that I had before the initial interview. The people that interviewed me were very knowledgable and answered all of my questions with ease. I felt comfortable with the DON from Florida and Donna (DON -MCMHF/Conroe) to the HR department. This organization seemed very organized in their hiring process. The number one thing that stands out to me was their friendliness once you walked through the door. I was impressed with the personel that I came in contact with while going through the interview process. Everyone appeared to be committed to doing a good job and work ethics are important to me. I am looking forward to beginning this job very soon and be part of the GEO-GROUP.
