Applied online and first talked to a recruiter. Went through 3 more rounds after that and was told it was either me or another candidate and that either way I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. After that was ghosted. I don't care about the outcome, but ghosting candidates, especially after multiple rounds, is unnecessary and unprofessional.
