The interview process was very extensive and included multiple stages: a company-specific assignment, a formal interview, and a full-day in-person work trial. A significant concern was the expectation that candidates complete a strategic assignment tailored to the organization before speaking with anyone. Typically, the first step in an application process is a phone screening. This practice raises serious questions about how the school values candidates’ time and intellectual contributions. Although everyone I met was very friendly and cordial, communication throughout the process was inconsistent. After the final stage, there was a very long period of silence, followed by a generic rejection email with no feedback. That lack of transparency, especially after such a high investment of time and energy, was extremely disappointing. The process would benefit from more apparent timelines, open communication, and a more respectful approach to candidate experience.
