Submitted resume and cover letter and was invited for an in-person interview shortly thereafter with two members of the organization, the Associate Director of Operations and the Associate Director of External Relations. I never heard back from the organization, despite being told that I would hear back within two weeks. I consider this lack of communication incredibly unprofessional and rude, especially since I took the time and effort to come for an in-person interview.
