The interview process was pretty involved with several stages, but it was well worth the time. The folks at Scripps are very interested in you and want to ensure you are a good fit for them and not just from a knowledge/abilities standpoint. They give a lot back to the community and they are looking for people who believe in those same things. That was made very clear in the process. The recruiter (Kiera) was always very kind and positive. The hiring manager (Josh) and all who interviewed really seemed to be looking for someone who could be a great cultural fit as well as a knowledgeable person (and yet they chose me anyway...just kidding). It was really was a fantastic process.
