After applying, I got an email with an edit and translation test. Three days after my response, a recruiter contacted me to arrange a phone interview, it went well, they said to me that they were impressed by the test and that they were happy to move my candidature forward to the next stage (personal interview). They also added that shortly, a coordinator from the recruiting team would contact me. Then no msgs for 2 weeks, until I got an email asking for my availability for a personal interview at their office, I answered immediately and after that they never answered me again (sent them 2 emails more). Really unprofessional behavior.
