Applied for the role online and got a swift response from the HR team who set up a zoom meeting with me to talk in more detail. Seemed to go well and they had positive feedback in the meeting, I was told they would get back to me to meet the owners. I heard nothing back, sent several follow up emails and I've basically been ghosted. Poor behaviour from a company that says their all about female empowerment, yet they don't even have the courtesy to tell someone they aren't right / the role is on hold / whatever has happened. I've given up my time to attend a meeting, you should respond with feedback and let me know either way.
