This was the most honest and transparent interview I have ever been in. The person that interviewed me was positive and energetic - you can tell he is happy to be here. While the job description didn’t match exactly what I was looking for we both had a genuine conversation. If this job is exactly what you are looking for, I highly recommend this company. You can tell that the employees value each other and care about their company. While it was different from any interview I have ever done, it was also a breath of fresh air.
