Invited to attend a group interview; chairs are set up in the back of the store. Group is lead by a member of senior staff explaining the history of the company, the philosophy of the company, what sets The Container Store apart from other retailers. Each attendee is asked what brought them here, past work history, what do they know about The Container Store, etc. Then asked to find our favorite product and role play selling it.
