The online process was very easy if you have moderate computer skills. You have the option to upload your resume. The phone interview was upbeat and it is to your advantage to match the managers enthusiasm and customer service orientation. The group interview is a mixture of a DVD presentation, managers presentation and applicants selling pitch for an organization solution using a store product.

They ask you about yourself. They are different! If you are different then this is the place for you! I would never work in any other retail part-time position. The management works with your schedule and really wants you to grown and learn. They are amazing!

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. Pretty straight forward and you could tell the employees that worked there are appropriately compensated and feel like they are valued. Nothing out of the ordinary.
