recruited via LinkedIn, had two interviews and was led to believe I would be proceeding to next stage but was contacted a few days later saying they decided against my candidacy.

3 interviews with 3 different people who apparently don't talk to each other until after said 3rd interview. Basic personality/screening questions but they provide no feedback whatsoever. All I got was a basic rejection email. Apparently they love to do up to 6 interviews before deciding. It's 2025 3 interviews is enough to make a decision.
