Their HR department reached out to me on likened for an interview. I was told there was 5 steps to the interview process, I thought that was a little strange but I went along with it (remember they reached out to me). I passed the first three interviews easily their HR coordinator told me multiple times how well I Answered the questions, she told me exactly what to expect throughout the process. I got to the 4th interview with their regional manager (over video) and the interview was literally less than 10 minutes he asked the same exact questions that I was asked during the last 3 interviews. I’m assuming he had the deciding vote that I wasn’t going to get the job which is fine, but I did find it very strange that I interviewed with three people before and they asked the same exact questions and I gave them the same exact answers (which I was directed to do by their HR and interviewers) and when they decided to decline me they sent an automatic e-mail with no feedback (their HR coordinator has been e-mailing me from her personal e-mail this entire time). You don’t have to hire every applicant but you should AT LEAST treat every applicant with respect because of this experience I’ll never look at their apartments nor will I recommend anyone else to either. If you treat someone who you reached out to for a job this way I can only imagine how you’re treating your residents.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
