Worst experience I've ever had interviewing with a company. A recruiter had reached out to be on LinkedIn, I gave them my information and they called me every day for 2 weeks, sometimes even twice a day. I agreed to a phone interview because they were very persistent. The phone interview was just average, I didn't feel like the person interviewing was trained properly, they were robotic questions. They asked me to interview again, I couldn't give them an exact time and date until I reviewed my schedule. They called me everyday again for 4 days until I got back to them. Emailing me nonstop. And I agreed to a second phone interview with a district manager, interview went well and I agreed to a "day in the field" to observe someone in the position I was interviewing for. I set up a date and time, this didn't stop the recruiter from emailing me twice a day for 5 more days until I went to do a day in the field. He even called me an hour before my scheduled time. I went to do this day in the field which was AN HOUR AND A HALF drive. I walked in and the women were very unprofessional. Talked the entire day about personal things. And the Manager had to refresh their posting page on Craigslist for their properties every 15 seconds (talk about a boring job). The girls went outside twice to take a smoke break. No one trained me or talked to me about what they were doing. They had me do a "walk through" when they were showing a woman one of their apartments on their property. The apartments are supposed to be "luxury" and they smelled like cat urine (nothing like luxury). The rest of the day went on and at the end of the interview she told me they were most likely going to make me an offer because they had me do a day in the field. Mind you, I drove an hour and a half there, the day was 8 hours long, an hour and a half back. Nothing was paid for, no gas or lunch. The recruiter called me after the day and asked how it went. Said he would get back to me and never did. I emailed them and never got a response. Emailed again and didn't get a response. After wasting my time going through this whole process and being bothered day in and day out, only to not return a call or email was so rude. I would consider their form of recruiting harassment. Worst experience ever.
