A recruiter reached out to me and then asked me why was I interested in the position. Ma’am why did you message me? Then she proceeded to tell me you are expected to work 5 10 hour shifts? Absolutely not. This should be illegal. They pay salary so they can avoid paying overtime but expect you to be there 50+ hours a week.
The interview process has been fast paced and definitely scripted, but they are nice and the questions aren’t too hard especially if you prepare enough. There are multiple interviews, and the hours seem to be long.

Interview was what was described. Fast paced and scripted. To the point and mention of hours and 50-60 hr work weeks were mentioned right away. Nothing was hidden in terms of what the expect and how they want their property managed .
