Entrevista
I had about one interview a week, with one being a writing assignment, and received the final notice on the job. One interview was a screening. The second was meeting with the Director and Senior VP. The third and final was a meeting with the full team. Overall, I received prompt responses on moving to the next round and found the process to be respectful of the candidate's time and effort.

Entrevista
Initial screening and writing test, but then ghosted. I expected much more from a non-profit run by such high-profile individuals. Terrible treatment of potential candidates, and even if there's no interest, at least update accordingly. Highly unprofessional.
