Simple and straightforward interview process. You fill out a paper application and then have an immediate interview. They ask you a series of questions (reliable vehicle, valid license, work week availability). They then will have you watch a video that goes through what tasks you will be doing at this job.

Very easy. Casual dress code. Be yourself and just have passion for cleaning and don't be lazy. They do overcharge their clients for the time spent and being rushed but then yelled at if your don't do the best job.
