I met for lunch with the manager. I then had a second interview with the recruiter. They acted like they were very interested and were going to offer me the position but I was later turned down.

I applied online through their website, then received an email for an online assessment. Once I completed the assessment, I received a call for an informal interview with the regional manager. I then was scheduled to meet with the another manager of claims. The interview went well and I was told I would be contacted in two weeks. Two weeks pass and I was told that they hired someone with experience (this was a trainee role). Two days pass and I see they repost the same position. I seriously question if they in fact hired someone to begin with or simply gave dishonest feedback.
