      Entrevista

I applied on a Sunday night and got called on Monday morning for a scheduled phone interview the next day. I was quite nervous but the recruiting manager liked me and she forwarded my resume over to the hiring managers onsite. I was then scheduled to go to an onsite interview with 2 managers who would be my potential supervisor/coworkers. Before going, I got several emails confirming my interviews from two different recruiting managers for different positions when I only applied for one. I called the number provided on the email but it didn't work. I emailed the recruiting managers to make sure they were sending out the correct confirmation emails and no one ever responded. Confused, I went to the first interview, which was the position I did NOT apply for but got a confirmation to go to the onsite interview. When I got there, the campus was really nice and cozy. I told the receptionist that I believe there was a miscommunication with the interviews...however she told me to interview anyways. The two people who interviewed me were unprofessional. They did not inform me clearly about what I would be doing on a daily basis so I asked a bunch of questions at the end. I told them that the recruiting manager didn't tell me anything and just did a a quick 10 min phone interview. One of the interviewers informed me that I should've been told all those all that on the phone interview. I didn't even get informed what I would be getting paid until I almost left. I liked the salary but I didn't like the interview. Bad HR = Bad interview = Not going to be an organized place. I already knew I wouldn't get this position. I wouldn't want to work there either if it was this unorganized.
