Phone interview- followed by a typing test. Interview with department manager- basic review of work history on resume. common behavioral situation questions. hired for a class of 15 people. 10-12 week training program. Job offer within a couple of days. Salary range so not alot of room for negotiation.

Walk me through your resume-work history. Common behavioral situations
It is a video interview about 30-40 min long. They also ask questions about work history and situational questions example "tell me about a time" questions. Very nice and attentive to other questions and concerns as well.
The interviews are group led and situational questions. Research the company and general questions and you should be okay. I believe I had three people who were in the room at the interview.

Claims manager called me interviewed me over the phone. The questions were broad in which covered a lot of ground, professionally, and about your experiences in life that lead you to this type of career. As the manager talked asked questions she also shared information that was pertinent to the job.
