I was called for an interview, came in and interviewed with hiring manager. Easy, standard questions for entry level jobs in restaurant. They were pretty desperate so the bar was pretty low. I got hired on the spot.

Quick and simple, definitely covered all growth opportunities and what to expect. Professional staff greeted me and interviewer was direct, to the point. Felt heard during the interview. And was able to ask questions I had.

The interview was conducted really well. I met with a manager and then she asked if I had time to also speak to the GM which I did. The GM then hired me on.
