You submit a questionnaire which includes a screenshot of your typing speed and resume, wait for an email asking for more info, then you schedule an interview done through live chat. It took me 5 days from submitting the initial application to having the interview. The interviewer seemed friendly, but that is their job. They tell you to relax and then ask you questions related to their company and yourself. They pay close attention to grammar, style, and typing speed during the interview. They denied me probably because it took me too long to answer a couple of questions I wasn't prepared for. They expect their agents to maintain an average response time of 20 seconds. Although I can type at 75 WPM mindlessly, it does take time to think up a reply which reflects in my typing speed.

Entrevista
The conductor of the interview did a fantastic job outlining what to expect out of this particular role. It was very semi-casual but very thorough which is very much appreciated. The first part before the interview consisted of a short mock chat session to determine if you were a good fit. I wouldn't say that it was difficult at all.

Entrevista
The interview process was relaxed and informal, but challenging enough to give you a sense of accomplishment if you pass. Very pleasant people that make the application and interview process thoroughly enjoyable. 2 stages (phone call and live chat).

Entrevista
I applied online, and it took maybe a month, give or take, to heart back. First scheduled was a chat interview, on which I was to role-play and sell a service to a the interviewer. Second, about a week or two later, was a phone interview, just to check in on how I felt about the process and the specifics of the position. A day or so after that, I was offered the position. I spoke with the same interviewer for both portions, and the process was very low-stress and casual.
