Was reached out to by a recruiter from within the agency asking if I would be interested in speaking with them about the role as they thought I could be a great fit for it. After a number of scheduling changes to meet, we settled on a date and the conversation I had with the CEO went great I thought. The discussion was very laid back and at the end, was told that if I was interested and wanted to continue the conversation to let them know so they could set up some next steps. I took a few days to think about it and got back to them to let them know I was interested and got radio silence, even with follow ups. Was disappointing to hear nothing after they had indicated they were interested in me reaching back out.
