I got approached by a recruitment agency the entire process took about 4 weeks and was very pleasant. The first interview round was with HR, going through my CV and prior experiences as one would expect. The second round was a phone interview with one of the Client Partners and more focused on specific roles I had in the past, the third round was a half day assessment centre, including preparation of a presentation, numerical and verbal reasoning test as well as an interview with another Client Partner and Managing Consultant.
I had a really good experience. I enjoyed that throughout the process you get the opportunity to understand the way CMG operate really well because you meet so many different Client Partners and Consultants and can get a feel for the company culture.

Entrevista
Very straightforward; one conversation with Operational Manager, one with partner. I was asked to prepare a presentation, but this ended up being gone through very briefly over the phone with someone who could only see the presentation on their mobile. This person had also lost their voice, so there wasn't much questioning. Final conversation was with a partner on client site- the conversation lasted 5-10 minutes and really was not very incisive.

When asked why I wanted the job, I said that I liked retail. The partner conducting the interview latched on to this, and I think her decision was made from this point onwards.
