I was contacted to schedule and interview over the phone since I was not in New York. I spoke on the phone with two employees in the program I was applying for. It was a structured but relaxed conversation.

There was a brief online application with several short answer questions and the need for a cover letter, followed by a 1 on 1 interview over the phone, then the next round was an interview with a panel of interviewers over skype.

Applied online through their website, heard back a few weeks later, interviewed at the center. Both rounds were behavioral questions. Got an offer a few days after the second interview and accepted.
