I applied online then was invited for an in-person interview with several team members and people from different departments. I had interned with the program so they already knew me, which made the process faster. Overall positive experience.

Interviewed 4 times
- one on one with program advisor twice
- panel interview
- program advisor asking me if I’m ready to have a “real job” which I’ve had before.
The interview was very easy and informal, and the team was great. I was originally told by one HR representative that I was the first choice and was sent background and reference checks. 4 weeks passed and after hearing nothing I reached out mulitple times to their HR. I was finally told that I was no longer being considered.
It seemed very much like their plan was to ghost me which is incredibly unprofessional. I was not given any reason for why they decide to not move forward but it is unacceptable for an organization not to reach out to a candidate for four weeks when they were told they were a "first choice."
