I had a short screening with a recruiter then one interview with manager which went well, he was lovely. He told me that my experience may be too advanced for the role and that they probably couldn't meet my salary requirements, even though it was in the posted range. I never heard back from them after the interview even after following up twice, not even to tell me they wouldn't be moving forward. The recruiter asked if I had time to chat and he never called. I even expressed my concerns about being over qualified and applied for a higher position, no response.
