Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en The Buckle en may 2011
Entrevista
I just went into Buckle for the first time in search of a good pair of jeans, and the girl helping me started asking me about my age and availability, and before I knew it, she was setting me up with information about applying. As soon as I submitted the online application I got an automated email telling me to call and set up an interview.
I went in the next day wearing all Buckle clothes. While I waited for the manager, a girl who worked there sort of sidled up to me and told me she had just been hired and said she thought I had a pretty good shot at being hired too.
So by the time the manager came out, I was feeling pretty confident. That changed fast. I guess I can't really be a good judge of how hard the interview was since it was my first ever, but I left feeling pretty certain that I didn't get the job. The interview, which took place in the back corner of the store, didn't last five minutes, and I got the feeling that the manager had made her decision about me before the interview even started. She was nice, but I could tell she didn't really care about my answers.
I was told I would be contacted within a couple days, and waited about three days until I got an email saying sorry, I wasn't selected.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
