I met the store manager at the career fair at Oklahoma State. We had an in person interview the same week. Normal interview questions were asked such as strengths and weaknesses and why do you want this position. If you are yourself the interview is no problem. Seem interested and energetic to have the interview and you will excel.

What is the biggest challenge you have had to overcome?
Inconsistent - we’re not ready to help with virtual interview process when I was clear I did not live in the area - I couldn’t schedule an Interview when they called me to set one up

Super friendly and casual! It was very laid back and easy going which made me much more comfortable with the interview. I got hired on the spot as I was not expecting that. I believe confidence is key!

Easy. friendly. nice. it was informative and went really smoothly. i felt included and wanted. the managers are always open to answering questions and felt more like a meeting than an interview.
