Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en The Broad Institute
Entrevista
Initially contacted by a recruiter a week or two after I applied. He wanted me to take a 3-hour programming test. Once this was complete the recruited said we could continue with the process and wanted to schedule a phone conversation to talk about the position and set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview itself lasted about an hour and was used to discuss the position/team, my programming results, my experience/resume, and ask questions. About a week after the interview I received feedback that I wasn't right for the job. Everyone was very friendly and the work environment/set-up seemed really great.

Questions covered involved genomics, probability, and computer science. They were general questions, nothing too difficult or out there. The computer science questions were concerned with sorting and complexity.
First phone screen with hiring manager. Then, 5-6 interviews over a day with different members of the lab. Each interview was with 2 people from the lab, who held a similar role.

Describe past research experiences, why do you want to join this team.
The interview was fairly easy. Had to do a recorded interview that had five questions, then a programming portion, then was reached out to by individual labs to set up interviews.

Phone call from HR+ Codility coding test+ Phone call with hiring manager+ On-site interview. The decision, offer/rejection can be slow. Codility test should be in Python and not so easy.
