Interview process is as it says on the website, Main board AOSB takes 3 days to complete, features several challenges that put your physical as well as your mind to the test.

fair process with two phases the first is two days and the second is 4 days. Tested on essay writing, physical readiness, agility, debate, speet distance time and general maths, teamwork etc
Career office interview with a serving officer (sometimes a retired officer or reservist). Then if successful and through an initial medical assessment on to the Army Officer Selection Board at Westbury
