This recruiting company is very quick to reach out and set up a time with you and then they ghost. They only work on behalf of their client but will make it seem like they have your interests in mind. They don’t. Grilling questions from the hiring team but seems like they are really looking to make connections with the company you currently work at. Then they ghost you with no follow-up to the time you spent going through their process. Waste of time. Avoid agencies.
