Terrible experience and long, felt like I was talking to a robot. The woman who interviewed me was rude and unprepared during our phone interview. The questions she asked had nothing to do with the position I applied for. Her responses were short, sarcastic, and unhelpful. The only reason the phone interview took so long was that she literally had to write word for word with everything I said and would struggle to record it, resulting to minutes of awkward silence and delaying the progress with the interview. I admire what the organization stands for, however, please evaluate and retrain your interviewer employees with people skills and the ability to answer all question your candidates ask. It is quite embarrassing to see an employee not be able to answer simple questions of the organization they work for.
