Very casual. One on one over the phone, then I came in for an in person which was rolled into a short training. Nice people. Somewhat flaky however. I had to reschedule my interview once. Though the interview was low stress, the job is not. Their office space is nice and casual. Low key startup culture, with a dog hanging around the office.
