I was interviewed by a nervous sounding teenager literally reading the following script:
Have you reviewed our webpage? What did you find most interesting?
Why do you want to work for the Borgen Project?
What sets you apart from the other candidates?
We require our interns to spend 1-2 days fundraising. Are you comfortable doing this?
This a telecommuting position. Are you capable of working without direct supervision?
Do you have any questions for me?

All the questions were straight froward. It was unexpected to have a phone interview with such robotic questions. The interviewer seemed unsure of how to respond to my questions regarding the position.
