I applied online then a week later I had a 10 minute telephone interview with the store manager which was quite brief followed by face-to-face interview and trial on the shop floor a week later.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
