applied online, and set a date for my interview. I had no questionaire. First as I walked into the Hotel for the Job Fair, I was greeted by a lady who led me to sign in. Once I signed in, I waited in a square/rectangle of chairs with other people. Nobody talked to eachother, but you could see the team members in red shirts walking around, and every 2 minutes or so somebody would ask for somebody to come in. When it was my turn, I was lead into a huge room with a table and I had a 1:1 interview with the manager assistant. He first asked about myself, and about a time I worked in a group and what was the outcome of the goal. He asked what I would do in a few situations such as if a customer insists a price is 17.99 when it comes up as 19.99! Then I was led back to a seat in the waiting area. Then I was called again, where one person asked the questions and the other sat there recording my answers. They asked almost all the same answers, but I felt more comfortable, as I was asked these questions already, and I could answer them the same. After I sat back down, some people got 3rd interviews with the manager, but I didn't. Instead, the 2nd man who recorded my answers told me he liked my personality, and that it wasn't a no.
