Called in for an interview at Yorkdale Mall after it closed for a group interview. We all introduced ourselves and indicated whether or not we had previous retail experience. Then they asked us to raise our hands to share things we may know about the company.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
