Overall a lengthy process. Scheduled a group interview over the phone and then had three solo interviews with managers of different stores before being offered the part-time position.

I heard back from them after 1 week for the final interview and they asked me after 1 week

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
