Interview consisted of 3 stages, 1 with HR in London Head Quater, 2nd with HR & Hiring Manager in Operational Headquater in Littlehampton, 3rd with Category Director (phone) The first 2 interviews were 1:1, 3rd was done via phone. All questions were very clear, competency based questions, loads of examples to explain from the previous experience. In general very positive process, no delays everything clear.
