Was brought into the back room, asked the basic questions of who I am, past experience and what I know about the Body Shop. Got an advantage because I had studied up on the Body Shops history beforehand (namely Anita Roddick and her mission), which the manager was impressed with. Got brought outside the store and shown the demo bay and the inventory. Got offered the job that same evening.
