I walked in and the hostess had me take a seat and went to get the assistant manager. He interviewed me at a table in the restaurant. It was very laid back, but still professional. I had a second interview days later with the manager, and it was about the same. Very easy. You just need to be friendly, motivated, and happy (SMILE).
